We're climbing Mount Rainier (elev. 14,410) July 15-18, and we have partnered with the Alzheimer's Association to raise awareness/money for the fight against Alzheimer's. This blog will serve as a tool to not only raise awareness, but it will also capture the history of our training, the climb itself, and all the soreness afterwards.
